So Far Gone is the product of a collaboration between singer-songwriter-guitarist Darren Francis and writer-arranger-multi instrumentalist Billy Herrington.The two had been crossing paths with separate bands(Tarzan and the Janes,Cattail Road,Fatty and the Bastards,Westcott Bros.Band) for years before the planets aligned just right and a collaboration with magical chemistry was spawned.Darren and Billy tracked and produced their debut effort,CLOSURE, a unique mix of old school country,blues,southern rock,and just flat out great American music.All delivered straight from the heart and soul.Recently joining the band,from the French Riviera,is bassist extraordinaire,Thierry Lenoir.On drums we have lifelong veteran on drums,Dave Westcott.Equipped to play everything from an intimate acoustic gig to a full band showcase,So Far Gone has what you are looking for.
